Advanced Builder has worked hard at getting our construction management systems into the realm of perfection. Are we there yet? … Not quite but many of the people we have built for agree that we are the closest thing to it compared to the competition.

At AB our projects are always managed with the free flow of communication at the forefront. We call this “partnership” with our clients. Our client partners always receive the following on their projects:

• A written construction schedule which is updated and met.
• A detailed written scope of work so there are no unfulfilled expectations.
• On-site weekly meetings with all the principles involved, including You (the client), AB, our project manager, architect, design team, etc; simply to ensure everyone is on the same page every step of the way.
• Weekly reports are emailed to our clients each Friday at the close of business. The weekly report details what was accomplished on site that week and what is scheduled to happen the following week.
• We effectively assist in the decision making process, making product selections, and installation clarifications, ensuring the schedule keeps moving in a positive direction and our clients get exactly what they are looking for the first time.
